Shipping policy

For Canadian and US orders you can expect shipping to take between 7-10 days after the initial production time in most cases. This is only an estimate and I am not responsible for delays in shipping. I am also not responsible for items held at customs and I am not responsible for any import fees which you may be required to pay.

We are not currently able to offer shipping outside of Canada and the US.

Production times will vary as my manufacturers do work Monday to Friday excluding STAT holidays and vacations days taken throughout the year.

For items made by me it is important to note that due to the fact that I am disabled and live with chronic pain, I may require more time to complete work tasks due to the need for unexpected rest days. I understand from experience that this can be frustrating for some and have chosen to be as upfront as possible can so that you may rest assured that I am doing my best and that I greatly appreciate your patronage.

Given that I do use multiple suppliers for different products, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages as they may be shipped from different locations.

This also applies if you make multiple orders, regardless of whether or not the orders were placed on the same day at the same time. If you have only received a portion of your order, the rest will be on it's way to your soon.

If your item has been returned to my manufacturer due to failure to pick up/accept your package, for an incorrect address provided, or for any other related reasons, I will not be able to refund your shipping as I have already paid that money out.

Please make 100% sure that you have provided me with the correct shipping information and that you are prepared to accept your parcel when it arrives.
