If there is an error with your item (it arrives damaged, there is a defect of some kind, or the size you ordered is not the size your received) please reach out to me directly at info@vancouvermermaid.ca as soon as possible with your order number and clear pictures of the issue so that I can find a solution.

I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS for incorrect size selection so please carefully review both the size guides provided in each listing.
